Hiker Found - Stranded Hiker saved by Macon Rescue Crew
FRANKLIN - Search crews late Friday rescued a hiker who became disoriented during severe weather.
21 year old Michael Gelfeld of Maryland had been hiking the Appalachian Trail when he became disoriented and started to suffer from exposure due to the winter storm. Gelfeld contacted 911 dispatch seeking help.
