Help Keep This Site Running

With the early Spring season and warmer weather approaching, it means (unfortunately) there is plenty of Missing Hiker news to go around.

And that means a lot of hard work will be put into this blog site.  Help keep this page running by supporting ALL of my endeavors on Social Media.

Along with this site, I run a Youtube Channel, a photography page, and a regular hiking page.  Keep them all going by being a patron on Patreon!

Become a Patron!  Click the icon below to support this blog and all my other online hiking endeavors on Patreon.

My goal is that by the Fall I will have enough Patrons to help start a documentary film I am working regarding some strange phenomena in the Western North Carolinas and along the Appalachia.

Human Skull found in Arkansas State Park linked to Missing Persons

Rodney Letterman, a 37-year-old from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, was last seen on Aug. 27, 2017 along a hiking trail in Devil's Den State Park.

According to reports, Letterman went missing under suspicious circumstances when an associate claimed Rodney was injured and hiked back to the trailhead for medical supplies, only to return to the spot Letterman was last seen at, and unable to locate him.

Is this a case of #Missing411, or a suspicious disappearance linked to foul play?

Remains of 2012 Missing California Woman found by Hiker

The remains of a woman reported missing in 2012 have been found by a California Hiker.

Megan Diapiazza was reported missing in November, 2012. There are reports that she left a "goodbye" note to her family. She was the mother of two small children.

Human bones, an ID card and car were found 500 feet down into a Ravine off Angeles Crest Highway. The contents of the car included photos of the woman's family, and credit cards in the Diapiazza name. The hiker immediately contacted authorities. A complete search of the area will be conducted this week, and testing on the bones has started. Read the full news report HERE.
